My main research goal is to understand the neural processes underlying social influence and social reward. Along these lines, my recent neuroimaging experiments have focused on the integration of expert advice when making decisions (publication), and predicting social media use from reward-related activity in the brain (publication). Ultimately, with the knowledge gained by my research, I hope to contribute to a better understanding of socially motivated human behavior.
