Membership in bodies and councils
Self Help groups of T N Palayam Panchayath in Pondicherry: Worked with women of self-help groups in TN Palayam, Pondicherry for improving their financial awareness and capability. A paper on this work is published in the International Journal of Microfinance, School of Management, Pondicherry University.
Irula tribal community of Pondicherry: Working with this tribal community in Pondicherry, this group do not yet have the reservation advantages due to them by constitutional rights. A project is on hold to study the factors of Educational attainment of STs in Pondicherry.
Voluntary counselling services have been taken up for the children of SC/ ST families of Panangad Panchayath of Kerala for taking right educational decisions beyond school while entering higher education.
