The research profile of this division is characterized by empirical projects of an application-related and also fundamental nature.
One area of focus is evaluation studies and project evaluations. Working on the basis of approaches from organizational and professional theory, we deal with how the results of evaluation are used.
In our research into continuing education, we carry out secondary analyses of monitoring and panel data on issues of participation in continuing education.
Current studies at the division deal with the conditions under which immigrants participate in continuing education and the prerequisites that apply to informal learning.
