Overview
The Institute for Innovation Transfer and Project Management offers the following services:
- Professional support in all phases of the transfer of innovation from idea generation to implementation
- Method development and application
- Research and evaluation studies
The Institute focuses on the success of innovation processes and their design at the individual, organizational and societal level. Of great practical importance is the mediation of different perspectives between the various players involved in the innovation process. Years of experience with innovation projects has taught us that innovation barriers are often caused by differences in terminology and misunderstandings between industry and research.
The interdisciplinary team at the Institute consists of psychologists, economists, lawyers, IT and communications specialists, engineers and journalists. They are a committed, experienced and creative team capable of broad thinking and flexible solutions.
