Diagnostische Verfahren A

In diesem Seminar werden psychometrische Testinstrumente zur Leistungs- und Persönlichkeitsmessung behandelt. Anhand von Beispielen werden die Teilnehmenden in die Anwendung und Beurteilung der Testverfahren eingeführt. Zudem wird das Grundwissen für die berufsbezogene Eignungsbeurteilung nach DIN 33430 vermittelt, soweit es sich auf psychodiagnostische Testverfahren bezieht.

Diagnostische Verfahren B

Im Seminar werden Interview und Verhaltensbeobachtung als wichtige Verfahrensklassen der diagnostischen Informationserhebung behandelt. An ausgewählten Beispielen aus verschiedenen Einsatzbereichen wird in ihre Durchführung und Beurteilung eingeführt. Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung wird auch das Grundwissen für die berufsbezogene Eignungsbeurteilung nach DIN 33430 vermittelt, soweit es sich auf Interview und Beobachtung bezieht. Das Seminar beinhaltet viele praktische Übungen, wie beispielsweise die Simulation eines umfangreichen Assessment-Centers.

Persönlichkeitspsychologie - Personality matters?!

Die Big Five sind in der Psychologie eines der zentralen Modelle zur Beschreibung der menschlichen Persönlichkeit. Sie gelten als wissenschaftlich fundiert und kommen in unterschiedlichsten Kontexten zum Einsatz. Dieses Seminar befasst sich mit einer vertiefenden Auseinandersetzung mit den 5 Persönlichkeitsfaktoren und geht dabei Fragen nach, wie beispielsweise die Persönlichkeit mit beruflicher Arbeitsleistung oder dem Auftreten psychischer Störungen zusammenhängt. Darüber hinaus wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie die Big Five messbar gemacht werden können – hier werden unterschiedlichste Messmethoden, wie Fragebögen, Big Data Ansätze oder neurobiologische Messverfahren gegenübergestellt und diskutiert.
