The ALaDDin group has recently moved to Berlin! Welcome to our new web-page!
The psycholinguistic research conducted at the ALaDDin group focuses on how children develop receptive and expressive language skills, starting from the first years of life until these skills are consolidated in grown-up children, adolescents and adults.
We conduct experimental studies where typically-developing groups are compared to those of children and adolescents affected by developmental disorders (for example, Developmental Language Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders). We hope that the results of our research can be useful to understand the interaction of language with other cognitive abilities and so to develop new tools to promote early assessment and rehabilitation of language disorders.
