The aim of the project is to ensure that a larger number of children have access to an improved quality of basic education. The specific outcomes sought are:

• School administrators and faculty are appropriately trained, including continuing education and training.
• A sufficient number of adapted educational materials are available at the schools served by the project and are used in the classroom in an appropriate manner.
• The various school partners are prepared for their roles and fulfill their responsibilities.
