The international survey is an opportunity to reflect about your health goals for the summer as well as your previous dietary and exercise habits.

We invite you to fill in a 15-minute online questionnaire. Ten Amazon vouchers (worth 15 Euros each) will be raffled among all participants.

Your responses will be kept completely confidential and identifying information – such us your name, email address and IP address – will not be collected. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. If you do not want to continue, you can simply leave this website. If you do not click on the "submit" button at the end of the survey, your answers and participation will not be recorded.
