Neural Dynamics of Visual Cognition Group
I am the last year student of Neurocognitive Psychology master programme at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany. I am interested in application of machine learning techniques for neuroimaging.
I do my master thesis project at Neural Dynamics of Visual Cognition Lab from the 1st of March until the end of August 2021. During this time I plan to develop an encoding model accommodating intersubject generalization methods and Deep Neural Networks to predict brain activity (EEG, fMRI) from visual stimuli presented to human participants.
During my master studies at the University of Oldenburg I was working on developing a new methodological framework for decoding model to reconstruct continuous auditory stimuli from fMRI brain activity (https://github.com/andreikitaitsev/decoding_model_bids_fmri). Before that I completed by BSc in the Laboratory for Neurophysiology and Neuro-Computer Interfaces at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia. For this I developed a modification of a visual P300 brain-computer interface.
