Dr. Bünyamin Bavli is an Associate Professor of Education in the Department of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Education, Yıldız Technical University, Türkiye. His research focuses on extended education, higher order thinking skills and innovative learning environments. Dr. Bavli serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the WERA Task Force Global Research in Extended Education, contributing to international collaborations and research initiatives in the field. He is also the Erasmus Department Coordinator for the Department of Educational Sciences at Yıldız Technical University, supporting international academic mobility and partnerships. In addition, Dr. Bavli serves as an Associate Editor of the journal Interactive Learning Environments, published in London.

The research stay of Dr. Bünyamin Bavli is funded by the Global Faculty Program, which is designed to promote the internationalization of Freie Universität Berlin.
