MOVIMENTO: Sit less, move more.
"Sit less, move more" – while widely recommended, this advice can be difficult to put into practice in everyday life. Many people spend a significant portion of their day sitting.
The MOVIMENTO program supports older adults in changing their sedentary habits and leading a more active daily life. The study aims to evaluate the program’s effectiveness and explore the underlying mechanisms of behavior change. The insights gained will support the further development of evidence-based prevention strategies for health promotion.
