Issing, Busjahn (busjahn@zedat.fu-berlin.de)

Psy, Nf, EwS

2 SWS, durchgehend - Internet

2 SWS, any day, any time - Internet

This seminar is offered especially to students from foreign countries who speek English. It is a complete online course which requires your presence on campus only for the final written exam. However, for this course you need discipline and motivation for self study. You need to spend about 3 hours of study time weekly for reading and completing the course material. The written exam at the end of the semester will take 90 minutes and is obligatory if you want to gain a "Seminar-Schein" or 3 ECTS credits. The exact time and room of the written exam will be announced later. In case you have to be back at your home university on the date of our exam, we can arrange that you take our written exam at your home university. In 10 interactive learning modules the seminar gives an excellent introduction to e-learning as a modern way of learning. It covers aspects of learning theories relevant for e-learning, the instructional systems design, media development, and methods of evaluation. The modules contain lesson text, case studies, links, questions, and tasks to be solved. Access to the modules is provided via the FU-learning platform "Blackboard" which also allows for communication with your fellow students and with our tutor by e-mail or online forum. You need no special computer knowledge, however you need regular weekly access to the internet. In order to get admission to the seminar, please write an e-mail to our tutor Teresa Busjahn giving your immatriculation number and short basic information on your study status. ECTS Credits/LP: 3

ERASMUS-students can earn up to 6 ECTS credits due to language problems. These students should consult Prof. Issing
