Jacopo joined the Neural Dynamics of Visual Cognition group for 4 months for an internship within the Erasmus+ program while he was a master student in cognitive neuroscience at Center for Mind/Brain Sciences (CIMeC), University of Trento.

He worked with Daniel Kaiser on regularities of visual information in scene perception. They used EEG decoding methods to investigate how the time course of natural scene coding is influenced by the spatial consistency of a scene.

After leaving the lab he started a PhD with Melissa Vo (University of Frankfurt).
