I’m interested in research on behaviours that defy classical notions of rationality. Specifically, how the use of latent variables and cognitive constraints in computational modelling can explain suboptimal decisions and learning strategies. For my master thesis, I am working with Dr. Rasmus Bruckner on a project regarding the relationship between explore/exploit tradeoffs and cognitive biases in value-based and perceptual learning.
