Research project
Please note: The Mono Bachelor Educational Science is instructed in German. Sufficient German knowledge is a key requirement for successful admission! We do our best to keep the English version of the Examination Office's website up to date. If you are able to, we advise you to refer to the German version as well. |
What is the research project about?
As part of the research project (module 6), students have the opportunity to research according to their individual interests, which they have focused on throughout their studies (also with regard to future career orientation).
Students can gain further experience in the research field under the guidance and support of professors from the different units. The research project can be completed in different forms (depending on the offered placements):
- Participation in ongoing research projects in the various units of the department
- Participation in projects developed for the research project module
- Participation in practical development projects
- Planning and implementation of a self-organized research project
For current projects and deadlines please view the german version of the website.
Since module 5 "research planning and publication" is linked to module 6 "research project", it takes on an interesting and accompanying role on the way to the master's thesis, graduation and possible later research activities. In module 5, it is learned and tested how research results can be presented and communicated in the respective community. It must be seen in a contextual connection to the research project.
